Please allow at least 5 hours notice if you need to cancel or change
your appointment. If I am not available
to carry out your treatment through circumstances beyond my control, I
reserve the right to transfer the booking to another day or time. In the
event that I cannot fulfil your appointment, I will contact you by
telephone- where possible. I do not offer refunds
for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied
with any aspect of your experience, please contact me. I will try my
utmost to resolve any problems. Please understand that
I cannot accommodate for children under 16 years of age due to insurance
policy and health and safety.

Call out Charge If you would like me
to come to your premises there is a call out charge of £5.00.
